Event Organizers

If you create events on Gbaski, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event information
• Honor all ticket sales and refund policies
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay applicable service fees as outlined

Ticket Purchasers

When purchasing tickets, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Use tickets only for the intended event
• Comply with event organizer's terms and policies
• Respect venue rules and regulations

Fees and Payments

Gbaski charges a service fee of 8% per paid ticket. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase. Organizers receive instant payouts after ticket sales, minus applicable fees.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers. Gbaski facilitates refunds according to the organizer's stated policy. Please review refund terms before purchasing tickets.

Limitation of Liability

Gbaski acts as a platform connecting event organizers and attendees. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on our platform. We disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
